Anyone who has been in recovery knows that life after rehabilitation can be pretty tough to navigate.

Leaving behind your former life behind means letting go of certain friends, changing up routines, moving, and even dealing with holidays and vacations or, as we find selves now, in isolation . It’s enough to make someone throw up their hands and say, “Forget it! I can’t do this.”

But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are so many options these days for people trying to maintain a life of sobriety. Sure, it can be challenging, but with a little research and persistence, recovery survivors can make a new life for themselves.
